The CACP takes the dual issues of PRIVACY & SPAM seriously. As such, we have had the privilege of working arm and arm with Public Policy makers here in California, as well as around the nation, to control both. As such, our privacy policies are very strict, clear, effective, straight forward and protectionist in nature. They are:
- We do not download, place or use any form of “tracking software” - PERIOD. The only download you will receive from us when visiting is the web pages you use or read.
- We do not collect any type of information from your visits.
- Any contact with you, and information contained from that contact, is considered privileged information. That status will not change without your knowledge and/or written consent.
- All of CACP’s programs, specifically e-mails, are sent in compliance with Federal and state laws, and as such, are designed as part of official “opt in” programs.
